Are the Courts Open in Spokane, Washington?

Yes. Courts across the state of Washington are continuing operations with each county putting various restrictions in place to protect health and safety. Previously, civil matters that were not deemed to be emergencies were delayed. However, all civil and criminal matters will resume in Spokane County effective June first, with mask requirements, social distancing measures, and sanitation procedures in place.
