Biography
Norann Beidas is an Associate Attorney with Crouse Erickson Law. Norann earned her undergraduate degree from Whitworth University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law. While attending law school Norann was a finalist in the 2018 Linden Cup Competition and placed 3rd in the nation as Best Spoken Advocate while competing on the NALSA moot court team. She was a member of the Moot Court Honors Council, a board member for the Society of Litigators, and a recipient of the CALI Award in contract law.
Norann practices exclusively family law and has experience in a wide array of family law matters including marital dissolutions, child custody disputes, relocation, domestic violence, child support, spousal support, contempt, modifications, and adoption. Every family law case is unique and Norann believes that a successful outcome depends on listening to her clients and utilizing strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills to accomplish their goals. While most work is in the Superior Court, Norann’s experience includes briefing and attending oral argument at the Washington State Supreme Court. Norann’s true passion lies in crafting long term solutions to ensure continued success for her clients.
If you ask Norann why she enjoys practicing family law, she would say that nothing brings her greater purpose than standing beside her clients, sharing their story, passionately advocating their interests, and helping them to move forward in their lives. She is also committed to access to justice for all individuals. In furtherance of this, Norann has represented clients in both Gonzaga’s Health and Justice Clinic and the General Practice and Indian Law clinic, pursuing her passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of the legal system.
